ROSS DRESS FOR LESS: TEAM DASHBOARD
UI/UX
OVERVIEW
Everyone has a part-time job or chore that they think they could do better at or make more efficient. Companies are looking for ways to do more with fewer people, and the way they are accomplishing that task is by working smarter, not harder.
My goal was to create an app that makes ROSS Dress For Less more efficient. The main issue when I worked there was communication.

APPROACH
To overcome the challenge, thorough research was conducted by interviewing a ROSS employee with a lot of experience and Google Reviews. Based on the information collected, “how might we questions” were created to achieve the main goal. Once my low-fidelity design was established, user testing was conducted with ROSS employees and my peers. The user testing helped in solidifying the communication component that was part of the challenge.

GOAL STATEMENT
To create an app to make my job more efficient. This app will allow ROSS employees to communicate better by sending messages, alerts, and keeping up with their tasks. The app will be formatted for iOS devices with an easy-to-use interface so that the user can communicate with their coworkers and managers, and keep track of their tasks.
